LATE / CANCELLATION POLICY
-With respect to our guests and stylists, those who are more than 15 minutes late, will have their appointment modified or rescheduled.
-We will do our best to accommodate you.
-Please reach out if you may be late.
CANCELLATIONS
-We understand life happens..
-We kindly ask you to cancel or change your appointment 48 hours in advance.
-If you're unable to do so, a 50% fee will be charged and is non-refundable.
-Upon booking an appointment online, a credit card will be required.
-Missed appointments are subject to charge in the full amount of your service.
REDOS / REFUNDS
-If for some reason you are unhappy with your results, we ask you contact us immediately, so we can make it right.
-You have up to 2 WEEKS.
-Additional charges may apply if it is past the 2 week period.
-Everyone’s hair is different, for some looks, multiple appointments may be required to reach your hair goal, to best maintain the integrity of your hair.
*Refunds are at the discretion of Hair Collective LLC.
*We can take back un-opened products up to 30 days for store credit.
